Here are some tools to help you with educating children about canal safety. The coloring book is a downloadable .pdf file. The poster can be printed in black and white or color as an 8 1/2" x 11" or larger depending on your printer.
Class Exercise
The exercise .pdf file contains two pages showing a number of dangers connected to canals. The first page has the answers written in, the second page has blank lines for the students to identify the dangers.
