STANDBY FEE:

Total standby fees are billed in January. Payments of the fees are due in two installments.The first installment amount of $12.00 per acre becomes delinquent if not paid by February 15, 2011. The second installment amount of $12.00 per acre becomes delinquent if not paid by May 15, 2011.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE......................................... $30.00 annually per irrigator
MINIMUM IRRIGATION FEE................................ $9.12 per irrigation
For parcels over 5 acres, if the delivered water for irrigation does not exceed a value of $9.12, then a minimum of $9.12 will be charged.
INTEREST CHARGES ......................................... The 2011 interest rate will be 12% per year or 1% per month on all unpaid balances, except for interest.
